Yousef, <...is usually good for a 5% -> 10% boost,>
Your PhD must be revoked, retard. Even every
"screwdriver" knows that each shrink provides
typically 2X boost in performance regardless
of anything. This is well proven rule of the
thumb. The 0.5 - 0.6 Pentiums topped
at 100-120Mhz while 0.35 chips were up to
200-233. Pentium-II at 0.35 had a top of
300, and Deschutes on 0.25um are about 500
by now. It should be in the range of 600 but
Intel missed one more "inflection" point and
forgot about interconnection delays that
cause that slowdown from theoretical
expectations. Since you apparently have no
clue about these matters but still have
no shame to continue your "consultations",
I suspect you may be partially responsible
for this strategical failure at Intel:)

The 0.35 um K6 was rock-solid at 200,
therefore 400MHz at 0.25 can be done with
little problem and without major "tweaks".

You made it clear in your posts that
you are pathologically incapable to
see the forest behind few trees you
have learned at school.
