MB.... i am a fundamentalist and ( i find Ranger provocative on those grounds as well...) with manipulation so rife, as to decimate FA strength ( as well as TA, for that matter) why not follow the strategy of short term smart money, which does not seem likely headed into a low priced issue without some confidence in a near term pop. [in some sense it feels almost a fundamental play, rather than a technical one...] flick
