So TV...lets see if I understand your post.....you say Wsp is fully priced to maybe even over valued........ that you could increase the tonnage by ten times(presently 7 million tons appx)maintain the grade (1.14 ct/ton) and that it would probably not have an impact on the value(of the stock) because the practical limit is that one can only mine 2 or 3 thousand tons per day (now lets see this would be 2000 tons a day times $343 US dollars or $686000 dollars per day)(no incentive there!) Now to top this off you state that because they are a relatively small company they probably lack the patience and the money to cope with the regulations about to come their way(not to mention they've already spent 16 million plus and have had to deal with all kinds of political bullshit and some of the most difficult back country terrain on the planet)(so I'm sure they are going to run at the first permit problem!) so.....why would anyone on this thread want to play musical stock chairs with their money...???? it's refreshing to see that someone has a real handle on this play..........
