You have to be careful here. MKE is , literally, all of QNTMs manufacturing. Their comments were specifically about the head production JV with MKE. Its a JV because they sold part of the ownership to MKE last year. I am not sure what the contract reads but wonder what they could do in terms of backing out without significant difficulties with their overall mfg partner?
