I'll second what Glenn said -- I have enjoyed your posts as well. I think I'm figuring out the menagerie. William is a bull. Glenn is a bear. James, who is very wise (but can be cranky and hasty), is a badger. Jan is a fox. Mary Meeker and Jamie Kerrigan are Mahouts who tend the Elephants.
