JLA, you are so incredibly far off base its hard to know where to start. repugnant behavior such as Clinton/Caligula exhibits by large segments of the population which is exactly analogous to the situation in Nazi Germany, COMPLETELY UNTRUE. 1. What the heck do you mean by Clinton/Caligula? You seem to be comparing Clinton to Caligula... how do you think they compare? Are you accusing Clinton of senseless murder and torture ala Caligula? Do you feel that Clinton will do down in history as a ruthless and evil ruler on the scale of Caligula (whose evil stood supreme for thousands of years until this centurys entrant, Hitler). I dont know... its hard to even dispute an analogy between Clinton and Caligula because its so lame! Oh but moving on to this Nazi germany segue... I agree completely with Chaz that the external persona of the German leaders (not just Hitler) were squeaky clean. A real family values crowd the Nazis were - oh as long as it was their family right? You seem to be implying that Hitler (or Bismarck or whoever) had "loose" sexual morals and this ushered in fascism? Is that what you are saying? DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT? Well JLA, quote the source then. Quote a book or any reference material that actually attributes WWII fascism with a decline in values (and these must include sexual morals because that is all we have on Clinton, right). It was economic decline that caused fascism! And a sense among the people that one group (Jews) were immune to the hardship that others were facing! (this myth was propagated by Henry Ford, etc so many believed it to be "fact" when I dont know if there was ever any evidence of this) Are you disputing that? You do or dont think economics had anything to do with it? exchange2000.com
