Good analysis Bill... The market has always been a moving target... The key at this time is the lowering of interest rates... We've had a stealth BEAR market... Many people have trouble accepting that we've experienced the BEAR... Many people will now have trouble accepting that we may have turned the corner... Markets usually discount 6 months in advance... So, we may have seen the worst... Even though we may think we are in the middle of a worldwide economic firestorm, the market may now be looking beyond this when the recovery starts taking place...
