Ken...I don't know if our shares of common stock have been "extinguished", or not. Nov. 16 has been established by the court as the last date to assert claims, and Mr. Lawrence Gelber of Skadden Arps was appointed by the court as counsel for the "debtors" having claims.. I'm thinking that as common stock shareholders, we are "debtors" having claims, and that Mr. Gelber is getting paid by the court to represent us as debtors.

If this is true, then on Nov. 16, Mr. Gelber should represent us. If, however, our shares have been extinguished, then we would have no claims. Mr. Gelber can answer this question, and I will call him Monday and see what he can tell us.
