<"who's going to have the guts to be the first human trial"> Funny that you should ask that question......I was reading in the NY Times sports section and what do I read....an article on athletes using PFC's as a performance-enhancing agent! Like using blood doping only more subtle. Apparently some Swiss bicyclist was admitted to a hospital after a race with shortness of breath, abdomnal pains, muscle pains and blood clotting inside his vessels. Some of the doctors suspected that he used PFC's. The article does not specify which product was used. The article also stresses that the PFC's are illegally obtained. I hope that this does not cause any undue publicity problems......
