Jon, question OT....

I leave my computer and it automatically logs me off the internet. I expect that.

When I log back on, everything processes at less than half speed. I usually have to restart the computer entirely before the speed picks back up.

What could be the problem?

PS: I use AOL, have access to IE but rarely if ever use it. I do everything right out of AOL.
