Kip, I agree, there are many internet stocks with unjustified valuation ratios. That is why I like EGGs at the current levels.
Since no brokerage firms,yet, have cover EGGS, there has been no pump'n dump at this level. Thus, we have not seen the escalating price of its shares like those stocks which are heavily covered yet have extemely over valued rations. EGGS hasn't been overvalued so there has been no shake-out, except for the Riley debacle.
Then you look at EGGS, not yet making a profit but losses are coming down considerably, $67 million in cash, 3rd most popular e-commerce site on the web, and having no coverage. When a reputable firm decides to initiates coverage, EGGS will hopefully join the ranks among the over valued stocks <g>.
Orban said he expected coverage to be initiated sometime soon. He must know something about the earnings, as said before.
