I agree in part but like another article I read where Portugal and South America are calling for more rate cuts by us to help them, there are allot of contradictions in what is being said. While lower interest rates may help them raise cash, it will also make our goods cheaper and help us export our way into their economies. Of course this assumes that Asia and the rest of the world would have open trade without barriers. We know they would never impede our trade <g>
