Sandra - VLSI, There will be new top management at VLSI. Their former CFO took a position with the soon to be spun off Rockwell Semiconductor division. If this new top guy is smart he will be pushing for a share buyback. Otherwise someone is going to come by and swallow them up. The deal is almost too good to pass up. They practically finance their own takeover. Joe
