The press release is extremely misleading, IMO. The PR only reports fiscal year results and totally ignores 4Q results. Once again, look at the 3Q YTD numbers on the co.'s 10-Q at EDGAR and compare them to the numbers announced in this press release. It makes sense that any of us would be disappointed by 4Q results, but 4Q was just a bump in the road, it would not be a big deal (it might even present buying opportunities). But that the co. and/or decided to do a wonderful job of concealing the poor quarter really cheeses me off, as I find it pretty deceitful and totally lacking of integrity. Obviously, the co. had a good year even w/ the poor 4Q. But does the 4Q signal the return to operating losses?
