Kendell...we should know in a couple of weeks, that according to the company last Tuesday when I spoke with them. This entire yr 2000 'incident' has resulted in some renewed interest in DOCU...strange how things work out sometimes. I profiled the company in Oct in my letter, the Dick Davis Digest picked it up..and bamm!!! off to the races...stock shot up to 1.50 from .93. Came all the way back down...then bang!! zoom!! it shoots up to print new high. Micros are fun...yes? Fact remains that the JFS Division and the growing acceptance of the Litigator's Notebook, along with DOCU's relationship w/CACI, are promising developments. And they are a leader in the document conversion business. These two divisions have turned profitable recently and enabled the company to post strong 3rd qtr numbers. This much, at least, is certain...and depending on how the company closed out the year could make DOCU a company to watch going forward.
