I dont think asking for people who have lost money and feel cheated to contact him can be considered as agressive and if no one feels that way then no one will contact him..He is not an attorney, he is someone who happens to have a negative view and probably wants to talk to those who finally realize they were scammed. The ones who ultimately are responsible for the lawsuits are actual and real shareholders that bought the stock on a net long basis during the class period..The attorneys have the additional responsibility of being cautious so as not to file frivolous suits and risk potential liability and damage to their reputations. the REXI suit that was filed actually looks like one of the better and more specific suits, filed as a class action, that I have seen in some time.. The cookie cutter class actions usually start popping up immediately after a serious drop caused by too many "forward looking statements" that either were false or materially deficient or simply ommitted significant and material disclosures. This lawsuit didn't even mention the $15 buyout offer made by the Trailer Park resident who just bought a fax machine and got PR Newswires: press Fax Number. I though that that was very generous of them..
