RM.....Good post. I agree with alot of what you say. One nagging question. How did the IRS allow Firamada to make this acquisition given their financial condition? Amazing. One saving grace is that the company will at least have some cash flow from Myriad. The scary part. Arif's got the combination to the safe. :-((

In an idealistic world, Arif sold shares into the hype and did the noble thing that any professional and concerned CEO would do and used the proceeds to reduce the outstanding payroll taxes and penalties that have accrued. Do you think he did this ????
