MM, why would I orchestrate LTGL falling lower? I really do not care if it does or now, I just know it is not going up anytime soon, and you can take that to the bank. They may have stated NO REVERSE, but i have heard that before...CVIA...then they reversed. With 200M shares outstanding, they really do have no choice.
