yes, but it is a eyeball RT thing. trade may last hours. An EOD scan makes no sense. The stock is weak, closing lower yesterday than yesterday's open, today it gaps up at least a 1/4. Theory: It won't hold gap. The move 1/8 below yesterday's close get you in short.
