Bernard,
I agree with you about P-MP supplier PCom (although I seem to remember it not so long ago at about $15). Before, buying in I would like to see if there is any substance to this press release. And whether it will just "go away".

<<Fraud Lawsuit Filed for Purchasers of P-Com Securities
CAMPBELL, Calif., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- A securities class action lawsuit was filed in California on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of P-Com (Nasdaq: PCMS - news) between April 15, 1997 and September 11, 1998 (the ''Class Period''). The lawsuit alleges that, throughout the Class Period, the price of P-Com securities traded at artificially inflated prices because the defendants issued a series of false and misleading statements regarding P-Com. >> SNIP

P.S. I think I'm one of those that bought in the time period mentioned, oh boy my first class action. Know any good lawyers ?? :>
