You explained the background very well, Larry. With 20/20 hindsight now, I'm not surprised by the failed promises. And I wouldn't be surprised either if the company eventually declares victory and folds, the various players having already made their money but will keep up appearances for an indefinite period to help prevent a class-action lawsuit.
