Dear Wayne, Don't worry about getting attacked for your opinions. People who attack opinions probably have no worthy opinions of their own. Your opinions are definitely NOT boring. In fact, I keep wondering from where you are getting them because they sound as if they are based on facts given to you by the company. Now, if the company gives you these facts when you call, why aren't they making these facts available to all of us like on the NYRR WebSite or here. Sounds like you are the privileged investor. Now fess up. Did you put in $25000 to get a 10% discount, and discount from what price? And, how much total are they raising? Whatever it is it is more dilution. Remember back in February Greg Kislof said no more dilution before profits. Well they don't have profits, and here is more dilution!! So, who is James White? Not a name that I remember. And, located at the NYRR home office phone number in Brooklyn. Has he replaced Greg? Is Greg the disgruntled ex-employee to whom you mysteriously refer?
