Wayne, you seem to be one of the privileged - I don't know anything about a private placement. I am very frustrated about the lack of progress, but am hoping things will come together by the time the merger is operational in Janurary 1999. This stock has always traded funny. Sometimes on expected news, and other times for no reason at all. My expectation is that in the absence of any real news and continued weakness in the stock, someone will eventually come in and do lot's of buying. It won't take much to get the stock back to the .20 range, so that could be your near term exit if you need one. We won't really see much of a market for this stock until real news is pending.
