OT - Zeev, sorry to keep pestering you about the floorless convertibles, but there is still a lot I don't know. Could you answer two more question. Are these eligible to be converted only after the SEC approves the S3, and if so, how long after approval by the SEC are they issued?. On what grounds, does the SEC hold up approval of the S3?
