This is one party it really paid to be late to. I'm close to buying based on the raw numbers and the strong conviction of several investors on this thread whose judgement has proven sound in the past. But I would like to do more research. Where do you find a 10-K for Deswell? Edgar doesn't include it. I might nibble a few shares today just to get it firmly on my radar screen. Jim
