The PalmPilot is gravy to COMS...now. But, I've been extremely impressed with COMS' ability to market the product and spur software development (thus spurring further sales). If you don't own one (I don't), just look at ZDNet's PalmPilot page to get an idea of how far along developers have come. From web browsing to reading entire books on the PalmPilot. I must confess, I've never really thought much about the PalmPilot aspect of COMS business as particularly strategic, but I've always underestimated COMS (and previously USRX) ability to dominate and expand niche markets. zdnet.com
