Walter, You have posted good advice to many members of this thread. I also had posted the same advice some time ago. The stock price goes down and many of the trashers of this stock start posting such things like scam and criminal about the company and the CEO. Some of these persons may have already been contacted. Such postings are libelous and could result in legal action against the persons making such postings. Truth is an absolute defense to libel or slander. Persons making such negative posts as I have seen would be well advised to be certain of their facts before they make such posts.
