Hello Gary, I received "special dispensation" from the co. lawyer at the AGM to post in certain circumstances and I wanted to clarify a couple things. We do expect to break even/ post a small profit in both Q3 and Q4 but not enough to be profitable for the year. This has been our forecast since Q1. In terms of working capital, we were considering an equity private placement rather than a public secondary offering, but the pressure has eased somewhat in light of continued efforts to bring internal costs under control. John, you asked about an update on the AGM - did you see the summary on the website? Flora
