Monday October 19, 11:40 am Eastern Time Edusoft parent may sell unit NEW YORK, Oct 19 (Reuters) - EduSoft Ltd., a maker of multimedia educational products, said Monday its parent company is in contact with a European company interested in purchasing EduSoft. Degem Systems Ltd. has reported to the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that it is currently looking to sell EduSoft and will provide an update upon further developments. According to a company spokesperson, EduSoft has been the company's ''cash cow'' for the last three years. Monday morning, EduSoft was up 15/16 at 6-15/16.
