Well thats the two sides of the Y2K issue, anyway. The problem
with "legacy" is just the unwillingness to let go of things.

I view the problem as more a positive for those who can provide
generalized solutions with modern software/hardware.
As such it is a labor issue for installing new systems. Boom times in general and some tools, but no magic bullets. As the financials of the Y2k companies demonstrate, this has no relevance to the stock price. Even if you buy the story wholesale, the company has 4 years to grow XXXX% in revenue and sales, etc. Do they have the leadership needed for such a feat? does anybody?

Speaking of hyped-up stocks with weak financials, what is the deal with the "help-desk" software. What is "help-desk", anyway?
