Anthony, <Are you saying insiders are DEFINITELY restricted from buying/selling stock RIGHT NOW? Or is he just saying they can't buy/sell stock prior to earnings release. > I am saying that WSTL "insiders" are always restricted from buying/selling 30 days prior to earnings and since they have NOT released earnings yet, they are restricted. However, we do NOT know if there are other reasons along with the pending earnings release that may restrict "insiders" from buying/selling. We will know that after earnings are release and if they are still restricted. If Dr. Tech says they are restricted for other reasons, then I am sure he is right as he has been accurate in the past.
