...sale of TotalCorp, Inc., for $5 million to a software development group. Awesome! This company is starting to look like some of the BIG internet companies by way of their investing in other companies. Many of the majors have positions in related companies. My broker say that KCAP's balance sheet will be dramatically improved by this announcement. Has anyone heard which software development company? It must be someone significant as the valuation was 5 million for only 30% of the company. IMHO, software development companies are a dime for a dozen, and precious few would punch in at over 15 million. OK... Now I am excited. DD
