What worries me somewhat is the statement that the litigation with Banana Republic is "almost settled." That is what Steven told me, on the phone, in late 1997.

Banana Republic and their lawyers have deep pockets and could spend our entire cash flow on attorneys if they wanted.

I want to know what tangible step is being taken to settle this issue.
