I placed a call today to Mr. Lawrence Gelber of Skadden Arps law firm to find out if in fact our common stock shares in CAI Wireless have already been "extinguished".....and only was able to get his voice mail answering system. I left a message asking this question, and asked Mr. Gelber to please return my call. When, and if, he does, I will post his answer.
