I have noticed! So it is time to find the next crop<g>.

My suspicion is that the next wave will be those that have depended on the access to easy money. Wallstreeters are howling about liquidity problems. Here in AZ the headline in Sundays paper was "Office building values down 10 to 20% in last 60 days" which is due to the reluctance - or inability - of lenders to lend ie: this is not (yet) a vacancy problem. Vacancies are showing in retail. This situation could hurt a number of players in various industries.
