Mike - about MTC, I would be extremely cautious over "broken" story stocks. Just pull up CA and you should be able to appreciate what it means to own a broken story stock for the rest of this year. MTC is 1999's story. If it pulls back to low $30 (just like CA), one can start accumulating. Otherwise, I would stay clear as tax loss selling and the pending big cap crash may put pressure on it.

VTSS - I'll look at the chart tonight and let you know. It definitely looks tired here.
