SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 2, 1997--Gary Morgan, chief
executive officer, Olympus Ventures Inc. (OTC/BB:OPLV), has been
informed by the company's auditors, Lazar Levine & Co., that it has
all the information required to complete the company's audit and
compile the 10K within the next 10 days.
Upon board approval the 10K will be filed and the audit released
for public inspection.
Morgan reported that the company, in its efforts of
re-organization and reduction of costs, has appointed Alexis
International, a corporate relations firm that specializes in
under-valued public companies, to move Olympus Ventures through its
next phase of growth and qualification for NASDAQ Small Cap
Companies.
Olympus Ventures is both a self and contract clothing
manufacturer of knit, denim and twill with an impressive client base
that includes GAP, BUM Equipment, Wal Mart, Target, K-Mart,
Montgomery Ward, Baby Fair and Franklin.
