Not true. There are so many people climbing over each other to adopt unwanted babies that they are going outside the US. Only white babies brees, at least around here. Its even hard to find parents for the mixed race kids. And nobody wants the drug addicted babies either. Thats why the potential parents are going to Russia and Romania.
