I would not trust the CEO to tell me the truth. He makes money when I buy the stock at a higher price. Not that this CEO would lie, but it is untruthful CEO that help to cause the market to rise and fall like it has in the last six months. I rely on the earnings per share trends to help me make a decision. Because we are not only buying a good product but also good management.
