Stephen, I have received "general" information from the company on the IPO and have posted the same. I do not have most of the details you have asked, however, like DD has indicated, it would be absolutely awesome if you could pose those questions to a KAHI representative and report back on this thread. I know you will be able to get the information very easily from KAHI. They have always been very helpful to me on the phone and willing to answer any and all questions. Thanks in advance for getting the answers to your own questions from the source.

In the meantime, myself and many others are slowly accumulating before the big events start to unroll.
