Gary, I get most of my information from filings. I was referring to the options which came with the first deal in which NUOA exchanged 3 million NUOA shares for 1 million FXWA. At that time, the 1 million shares represented nearly 20% of FXWA. NUOA has the option to maintain that percentage by purchasing shares for $0.10 a piece. Look at the 10QSB filed in the month of July by FXWA. I believe NUOA has already purchased those shares, since Oasis has sold FXWA shares according to filings for $0.10 a piece. As far as the nickname is concerned, that was all in fun. I'm not frustrated! You write very well. It's better than calling someone a Fascist. Ted
