Hello! 246810,

Today I spoke to Mr. James White at NYRR!

He is joining the NYRR Management Team, and I expect that we will be seeing news/press releases informing of his function and role within the company, in the not to distant future.

Although it was my first communication with Mr. White I feel that he presented himself in an upstanding and professional style-I was duly impressed.

My overall impression is that he is the type of individual that brings with him a sense of Sales and Marketing experiences as well professional and related industry credentials. JMO!

I sensed that he will be a strong and dedicated supporter in keeping NYRR Shareholders informed of any/all new developments surrounding the company. ( I interpretted this to mean all aspects, good news, neutral news, or otherwise.)

He did stress to me that all Shareholders were important to him be it 100 or 1,000,000 shares.--I felt comfortable that he meant his suggested concern and sincerity for all NYRR Shareholders. JMO!

I felt motivated after my discussion with Mr.White, but that's just a general overall feeling, not based on fact.

I guess I could say there is fact that to me it appears that the addition of Mr. White to the NYRR Team is a major positive.

Based on my first discussion with him, I would have hired him.

Don't feel any pressure Mr. White we will give you 24 hours to get things up and running. ( Just kidding!)

Look for the NYRR web site to get significant attention from this point forward--by this I mean it might be a good idea to check it on a regular basis as I feel it might be a good source to keep NYRR Shareholders updated in the near future. JMO!

Well, I've expressed several opinions on this thread recently, as well as spoken to Mr. White ...... I would strongly suggest that any NYRR Shareholder interested in getting a flavor for what they might expect to see from NYRR in the future speak to Mr. White, he is very approachable and will have plenty of time for all interested NYRR Shareholders. ( At least that's how I see it!)

Well I've Blah! Blahed! enough here lately, now it's someone else's turn.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
