"then we will be able to negotiate a higher price for the groups shares." As much as I don't like loosing money, I do know that the stock market has it's risks. I risked my money and I lost some. I have no intention to cry about it or attempt to change the rules at this stage. Should a better deal come along...that's fine, but in the mean time let's take the best deal available and minimize our loses now. If this deal doesn't sail and another doesn't come along, the alternative is bleak at best...no matter how much negotiating occurs.
