Just because the Wall Monument was paid for by the NEA doesn't justify it's continued existence as it is currently constituted. We could just as easily have funded it from the general fund. We don't a separate bureaucracy for "art". Think of it Michelle, bureaucratic art....absolutely repugnant. bp
