Seto Holdings, Inc. -Formally Semicon Tools Inc.- Announced Receiving Long Term Cell Phone Battery Orders
BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1998--Seto Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: SETO), Mr. Pian , SETO's President said SETO has signed a long term contract with TO-Day Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia's largest retail chains for cellular phones and supplies and also received a blanket order commitment from a Singapore and Philippine major distributor of cellular phones and supplies. Quantities projected to reach 100,000 batteries per month by mid 1999.
Mr. Pian said SETO has a present capacity of 50,000 cellular phone batteries per month which can be doubled with very little additional cost.
Mr. Pian also said that batteries for new products such as Lap Top, Note Book and Palm Computers are now being developed with Lithium ion and Lithium Polymer cells and are expected to be introduced to the market during 1999.
