That may be why someone buys a chunk occassionally. I have no idea. It would have to be a clean shell, with no legal or financial problems. I guess none of us who were original shareholders thought it was worth filing a class action, as there didn't seem to be anything to get. I can't remember how many shares were outstanding. I will check several sources and see if I can find out.
