Thanx for the 8K info. Malcom. A bit of money saving info. if anyone is considering selling now...as opposed to waiting for the buyout. If you sell now...commissions will be charged by the brokers. If you wait for the buyout...you have no commissions, it just converts to money at the .52 per share ratio into your trading account. I'll most likely hold for the buyout...hoping for a miracle in the meantime. <g>
