Hello Nick,

Thanks for the site. I knew DROM was having SEC problems and I didn't have a problem with the halt. The problem I had was that the SEC also needs to inform the shareholders of their intentions in a way that does not use innuendo and accusation without proof. If DROM was to be reopened for trading on Dec 18 as the SEC stated, they should have told us it would not be in the same arena. It's a shame the regulatory agencies don't help shareholders instead of treat them like dirt....oh well...that's another story(G).

Thanks again and hopefully the USGA deal will come to fruition.
