That charge was perfectly kosher and the market validated that by running the stock up $4+. This is a well run company with strong technology and the right business model. I like their Euro/American identity as it has allowed them to dominate Europe and leverage that into the US without looking too foreign. Wish I'd bought in at the lows. Long term they could use a big partner/acquirer.
