Gee Doc, I think your diagnosis is somewhat askew. I'm not suggesting malpractice, but this particular issue is far from the ordinary... <bg> By far and away KCAP is leading the OTC pack! Over a million dollars in trades every day, with average volumes in excess of 300,000. Currently at $3.18 on the uptick... just sold one of their subsidiaries for 5 million to a software developer. Something big is shaking out! Subject 21388 DD
